panoramic sea views, spacious corner room, extensive landscaped grounds

Jacuzzi out of order for my entire stay!!! No self-serve option at the pool bar created frustrating queues!!! A huge shortage of parasols made sunbathing uncomfortable!!! Cleanliness of sunbeds left much to be desired!!!

the hotel was nice, but really fell short in so many ways. temperatures of food were often cold, and not to mention the pool staff did absolutely nothing about people hogging the sun beds. i really expected an upgrade or something for all of these inconveniences, but that was obviously too much to ask.

the pools are some of the best i've seen! some dinner tables lacked tablecloths.

Kids loved the playground, great location near the beach. Food wasn’t always hot, which was a letdown. Room was clean but dated. Plenty of activities like darts and table tennis available. Staff friendly but a bit overwhelmed during busy times.

The beachfront location offers a lovely promenade that leads to the marina for a pleasant stroll. The restaurant staff were exceptional, especially Daniel and Joaquin, creating a friendly atmosphere while serving delicious food by the heated pool.

The hotel could improve the lift functionality as it seemed a bit inconvenient at times.

great stay with a few minor issues

The Junior Suite upgrade created an exceptional experience with stunning sea views. The staff consistently demonstrated a friendly attitude, making my stay much more enjoyable. I appreciated the well-maintained pools, especially the adults-only area which offered a peaceful retreat on busy days.

The evening entertainment could benefit from more variety , but the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The pools were fantastic, and my son loved the kids' activities, especially at the Miniclub. The room was spacious with a lovely sea view, making our stay so relaxing. The friendly staff and the variety of food options made every meal a delight.

In my wife’s opinion, the sunbeds needed better organization at peak times.

Had a lovely time! The room was simple but comfy, and we enjoyed chilling on the balcony with stunning sea views. The food at the poolside snack bar was a nice touch. Missed some more varied entertainment in the evenings, but the staff were super friendly, always up for a chat!
